Miharu, I think you should be very careful about your posts. Making Death threats DEFINITELY goes against the code of this forum. Ingame stuff doesn't matter, you can always ignore tumble. And from what I can see you have no basis for a harassment charge.

I would also point out, that very recently, people have been arrested for exactly the content that you're demonstrating right now.

EDIT: Looking even more closely, you would be very hard pressed to label tumble's previous comment as harassment, its not defamatory, he's not pursuing you with it, and it has many different interpretations. Nor is it vulgar.

I would like to point out that it does qualify as harassment, and it HAS qualified as harassment for over a YEAR. And you know what? I don't particularly care about "other people". I am sick and tired of it. It ends, and my responses end. If it doesn't end, my responses don't end. How hard is that to understand?

It's not the individual post that counts as harassment, it's the slew of posts over time and the ingame comments that count as harassment.

It's also prudent to WARN everyone that threats of violence will not be tolerated.

Words of ill only allow another to use words of ill. The threat of acts of ill is escalation beyond what society and the law will grant you.

Measure carefully where you will go from here.

Look, neither threats of physical violence nor patterns of harassment are appreciated on here. For the moment, I would recommend that both parties put a sock in it, and grind their respective axes elsewhere.

Also, our player base is fine (but thanks for the concern), and we're working very hard on exactly what we need to improve it.
