I am wondering if there is a place to purchase accounts that are more advanced as in already further along in the game and geared up? I do not know if that is allowed, if it is not I apologies for my offense.

It is against the Eula to procure/level and sell chars, but to be honest, theres plenty of ways in-game for someone to advance you. I used to offer these services for in-game credits when poor ;)

Wire me some monies and I'll lvl you up and hook you up with the best equipment credits can buy. Or in some cases the best equipment credits can't buy ;)

Apart from any EULA issues, enjoyment of VO is based on skill , knowledge and community involvement . These cannot be bought .

Join in with the game , and ask if anyone is willing to mentor you. That is is best way to progress.

As Ecka said: what's the point of buying a "high licenses" character (akin to an "high level" char in other RPGs, I presume), if your skills then suck massively because you lack the training that built that char in first place?

Differently from other games, here an "high level char" has NOTHING more than access to ships and equipment. He's not any stronger, faster, with better stats, or spells than any "lvl1" character.

Even if you have access to the objectively best ships and weaponry in the game, then you don't know how to use them, you don't think you just made a (poorer) fool of yourself?
