What is available on the test server? Is there access to spawn cap ships, dev warp, buy a short bus, etc?

The test server is a backup server, the purpose of which is multi-fold.

I suspect the Devs use it to test their new jazz.

There's a neat little acronym, by the name of the Player Contribution Corps who through a neat little mission editor are capable of designing mission scripts, and submitting them for review by thy holy Devs.

I go there when I want to be alone and cry about life.

It's essentially a test-bed or sandbox for new ideas before they are unleashed upon the production server.

You can find missions that the PCC have built and submitted, but have not yet made it into production.
