Dude, that rules... will add it right away! Finally, I can rely on 'x' and 'z' in Nation War....

VERSION 1.3.2 RELEASED. NOT WORTH UPGRADING, NO NEW GROUNDBREAKING FEATURES. ANNOYING MULTIFILE SETUP.

The checkboxes are lined up nice though.

Edit: Version 1.4.0 maybe by next Friday. Or Monday. Or whenever I get a hair cut and a real job. Maybe.

Edit2: Version 1.4.0 will be worth the upgrade and annoying multifile setup.

It wasn't working until about 24 hours ago anyway, so you're not far behind.

great job.

but is it buggy somehow? i mean it has npc and unaligned.

i made npc green for it was standing next to group nation and stuff so i figured it may be npc teammates. and i made unaligned red for well bots are nasty...

guess what, i could not target bots with x because they were shown as green dots...
i had to turn npc's to red to "fix" it.

think it may not be a bug but misleadingly positioned and to less descriptive ...

anyway Great work scuba!

Read the help. NPC's applies to all non-player characters. If you have this checked, it makes all NPC's green(unless you make strikeforces/stationguards an exception via the toggles below Factions). Unaligned refers to the faction- not the specific type of ship. At the moment, the addon only separates between players and nonplayers, since trying to figure what's a convoy, what's a hive bot, and etc is infeasible given the performance constraints.

Summary: Everything that isn't a player, is an NPC. If you make NPC's green, everything that isn't a player is green. Use specific factions if you wish for more control over what's green and what's not. Unfortunately, there's no difference between NPC's of a faction, and players of a faction. That would be horribly confusing(and a pain in the ass to copy/paste the code).

Err, what is confusing, is having "all NPCs" option. I don't want all NPCs to be green or all NPCs to be red. We already have per-faction setting, so if I selected Serco to be red and Itani to be green, I want to be it the same for escorts. With current situation I ended up with green ctc bots on both sides which is very annoying (note: I still didn't try the latest version)

I don't care, *I* have use for all NPC's being green or all NPC's being red, so get over it.

And, keep in mind, unchecking NPC's doesn't make all NPC's red. Red is the default state, anything you check modifies that. If you want Itani to be green and Serco to be red, including NPC's, uncheck NPC's and Serco, then check Itani.

But again, *I* have use for all NPC's to be friendly and all players to be hostile, and since I coded the addon, that feature is going to stay vOv

Edit: If you have an interface suggestion, make it in my thread in community projects. If it's well thought out and useful, then yes I can add it in. If it's "I don't quite understand how this works, so I'm going to assume it's a stupid useless feature and I don't like it", then keep that to yourself if you would.
Hint: You can make all Serco red and all Itani green since v1.0
