have you ever tried connecting from another computer?

127.0.0.1 is the address of the local host so everyone who opens the file connects to their own machine. you have to put your public ip address or url into the wvx.

*shrug*

if you are behind a router you have to tell it to forward incoming connections on the port you are streaming to your computer, that's the most likely thing that's wrong.

and you forgot to add the port number to to the wxv.

192.168.*.* is the address block of the local network. so everyone going to your site would try to connect to a computer on their own network.

Alpha22, to get it to work the way you're wanting, you're going to need a Dynamic IP forwarding service. 99% of ISPs will not give you a static IP address, and so any IP you give will only work for a short time. Try http://www.dyndns.com/
