Ok, I couldn't find this in the wiki, so I'll ask here... When being mentored, what is it you have to reach before being able to rate your mentor?

And at what point does the message appear saying "You have reached a too high level to be mentored"?

Gaining a level on any license will allow you to rate your mentor, assuming you had one.

you must log out and log back in before you can be mentored again.

Also, only 3 of your alts can be mentored (per account).
