Seriously, roguelazer, if Incarnate wants it typeset properly I'll do it in Adobe InDesign and throw in the illustrations as well. For the illustrations, he'd just need to provide either original artwork to scan, or high-res digital images. Setting the copy could actually be done in a matter of minutes, just copying & pasting from the website text.

Try taking a LaTeX or Scribus file to a commercial printer and asking for a press run of 2,500 copies, they'll look at you funny.

EDIT: I suppose (with permission) I could make press-ready PDF files for distribution online if someone really wanted to print them themselves. (Did I mention I could make a giant 6' x 10' map for the Guild SW Office Wall?)
