It's intended as a very quick and basic abridged introduction... the kind that you could actually make people sit through. It's not finished (I really just plan to refine the wording at this point) but when it is, maybe the devs could use it as a splash intro to the nation selection screen or something.

SERCO are a very authoritarian society. Hence, SCAR backstory should have a very pro-SERCO bias to it.

As I already said, this is intended to be neutral. I do not have the TIME to write a proper backstory for SCAR or Serco. Besides which, Crip is already writing that.

Both Itani and Serco are authoritarian societies. That's why the (original) backstory is as biased in the first place.

Actually Cunjo I was referring to the rest of the site, with decks/levels, etc. Nice unifying concept.
