SL is a guide?!? And he and Asp can't BOTH be guides, so one of you must be lying....
They both are. And they're both rarely on.
Which is true of all guides, Moldy. If one didn't know better, one would think that quality a job requirement or something.
Is there some particular reason that you feel the need to know every alt of every guide smitty? we are scheming are we? perhaps a few guides might should keep a few alts tucked away just to make things fun for you.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Until I see the guide text, they are just another player, playing the game.

I'm on pretty much daily. I'm just quiet about it unless I actually need to speak to somebody as a guide.
I don't need to know all alts, I just want at least one char for each guide. I think that is a good list to have, so players know who to turn to for help when they need it...

Okay I saw your link wm, and you're right, I didn't just spend a minute with the searcher, I spent fifteen!!! It may work perfectly fine and thus not be "broken" but however you use it is very counterintuitive so in my book that means it needs a reworking...if we're going to yell at n00bs for not searching they should at least be able to search.

Yes. Google does a FAR better job of searching this website than the website's own search engine. I've given up using the site's own Search function.
I think all guides should be anonymous. In fact, they should be cloaked so that they do NOT show up on active lists. It would be awesome to allow them to lurk in invisible ships in sectors.
Even better (I've mentioned this before) - allow guides to be any NPC that they feel like - essentially they'd be like the "Agents" in the Matrix - they could take over any NPC when they felt like it and do whatever. Bots, NPC's, Marshals, Station Guards, Strike Forces, etc.
Imagine a lone Orun Collector, piloted by Eldrad, kicking your ass in Sedina. Now THAT would be funny.
However, I do miss some of these people. It'd be nice to have them pop in and say "Hi Leebs" once in a while...

The site's own search function does work. You just have to know how to deal with it.
