Greetings Everyone!

I go by Anti-Relic (Antirelic, or just Relic for short). I am new player to Vendetta-Online. I heard about this game on happypenguine.com while looking for native games for Linux (which I just installed as my desktop a few days ago). After spending hours on Cedega, Codeweavers, and generic Wine, I've found Vendetta.

I am a "Clan" player from days of old, and the current leader of the 9th Special Forces International Gaming Community, a clan that has been around for a little over 6 years now. We have never before been a clan that was into flight simms or MMO games, prefering to stay with FPS (BFV,BF2, COD1/2, etc..).

Now that I have been playing Vendetta for a whole 3 days, I'm interested in getting my clan involved. We are currently around 75+ active members (we dont have roster rott, everyone has to participate weekly), with some going to be "free" from their current game type (RIP COD2). So, I'm hoping Vendetta can fill the gap.

I still do not know too much about the game (other than how to get missions, flight controls, and purchasing goods/ships/parts). I'm hoping to learn alot more about how the economy works, and how "guild" systems work currently and how they are planned to be worked in the future. I have no dellusions of grandure about a huge empire or anything, just looking for some good ole fashion Player versus Player action on a large scale (which is why I'm in a clan to begin with). However, working as a cohesive organization outside of organized skirmishes would definantly be very usefull for everyone, I'm sure.

Anyhow. I look forward to seeing you all in game. Some of my clan mates are currently in their trial period (Viper53, Gatts, Bull, Destro, etc..), and they will hopefully find it enjoyable enough to stick around. I know I do, and I know I'll be here for some time.

Should any of you wish to play as Serco, SCAR can offer its services in getting you up to speed quickly in Vendetta's combat and PVP. In any case, I hope you decide to stay - VO could use some more new faces, especially Serco ones.

You're also welcome to join SCAR as Serco, until you get organized, or longer if you desire, though I suspect you'll be interested in making your own guild eventually.

Thanks guys. I will definantly take any advice I can get. I'm still getting use to this game, as are a bunch of my guys. Not sure exactly how many will follow suite, and to what level of comittment, but I know my clan well, we will eventually be a pretty solid group. We look forward to working jointly with SCAR to set the Secro at its rightful place as Lords of the Universe.
