I downloaded the skin folder and edited with skin=skin/ under vendetta and i can go to the skin folder and edit my crosshair but it doesnt come out right in game, has a huge black spot surrounding my edit.
I am sorry to post this here but the skin thread was so huge and full I thought it wouldnt get noticed.
In my skin folder I have a crosshair and a new crosshair file.
All I want is a dot,no crosshair, just a dot big enough to be clearly seen.
Can one of you guys make one for me???

The Devs use "pre-multiplied alpha" files. If you take one of the .pngs and alter it in, say, Photoshop, you must then convert it. Ray has made a Windows and a Mac .png converter to add the pre-multiplied alpha layer and they can be found here

Others with skin problems or questions, please use these links. I, for one, check them frequently.

The file you need, PNGCONVERT.EXE for Windoze, you can get from here. Copy it to your skin file. TO use it, take your finished graphic and drag it on top of the program, and it will change it automatically. Then just put the file in the proper folder.
