Renewing problems

Well, I am having problems renewing. I knew my account was fixing to end but I thought it would be no big deal, just renew when I got ready to log onto the game again, boy was I fooled.
I use a credit card and the first time I sent the info thru it was rejected saying I had a bad credit card number soz I filled it all out again, four times and still get rejected. I am using same card as my first subscription. Any ideas,help???
Oh, I did send billing an email so I dont know how long it takes those folks to reply.

Sending Billing a message was the thing to do. They're pretty quick. I'll also drop them a note. Sorry for the delay.

once when i emailed a dev (not with the billing email address) it took a day for them to respond!

That could have happened if your credit card expired between when you first paid for the subscription and when it had to be renewed (or possibly if you went over your limit somehow? I don't have a credit card, so I don't know about that in particular). That happened to me earlier this month, but it was easily fixed by just re-entering the data for me.

But if the devs are working on it, then you should be back ingame in no time anyway. :)

Heh, my credit cards are rejected regularly. I believe it started happening when I got married...
