Hey there VO :)

I was convinced to give VO a try and purchased a 3 months package via paybycash (bank transfer). On the 18.01., the money left my bank, but there's still no upgrade visible in VO. So my question is a simple: anyone knows how long ppc takes to wire the money over to VO?

Wished to play a little on this sunday, but I guess that has to wait 'till next week.

PBC can take awhile. For one, they don't service accounts on the weekend (or holidays). Since they require individual verification of payments by their people, payments aren't forwarded until their customer service are on-site to handle them. I imagine we'll be notified of your payment on Monday or Tuesday. In the meantime, I've upgraded your account to Subscriber and addded a couple of free days to it. Enjoy :).

All I can say is: wow. That's some serious customer support!

Thanks alot for the effort, I really appreciate it :) Will get on as soon as I got my new dsl router fixed, got into a big mess with firmware upgrading (partly resolved already, but still not 100% there yet). Thanks again :)
