Air time - too little, too soon?
Kind of self-explanatory:

Was this intended, inc & fellow devs? It seems just a tad taken out of context ;-)

Hehe. IMG still links to Strategy first, and I don't think that they have any relationship with Guild SW anymore. Or am I wrong?
It wasn't me!
However, nothing really prevents IMG from writing about VO if they want to, right?

IMG has posted something on just about every VO update... the Mac game world is a small one... And they will write about whatever they think will get them a few more UVs (hits)... so beware, that newbie you are griefing might just be a reporter (or whatever you call these web writer dudes).
That's why I don't grief the n00bs.
(How was mainland, baba?)

Besides Lecter, few people actually grief new players, I think.
heh. play a newbie. find out for yourself.
Well, I sometimes verbally taunt n00bs. Especially if their name is something like "Deathslaya Godkilla" or something like that.
Maybe if new players did not go into grey space so quickly because everyone keeps telling them that there's equipment without license restrictions, they wouldn't die so quickly. I very rarely see seasoned players go to another nation's home system and grief new players there. Then again, I did not log on often in the last weeks.
Cold, Lexicon.
Tosh, you mean I'm the only one you know who goes bus hunting? I'm flattered!
I see newbs in the weirdest places. Grey, Deneb, Itan newbs in Initro, etc... Some newbs just get around.
I'm not talking about channel 100 trolls here.
Grey space pirates are a part of grey, and add flavor to grey. Even the occasional roaming cutthroat (Dr. Lecter) can add excitement and a sense of danger to the game.
But I'm talking about players that are not supposed to be pirates or cutthroats pushing around newbs, just because they can. I hear lots of stories about someone lmining stations or wormholes, hive hunters banging around some newb that can't even speak English, and bp'rs booming uit on sight. It seams like even the supposed good guys aren't very good. It makes the whole game looked tilted towards "Frag the newb". Whats worse, is if some supposed good guy calls you out as a target, your an instant bad guy, like it or not. I even heard one story where a group of levi hunters chased someone into uit space and trashed their standings, station killing him/her. How we manage to keep any newbs is beyond me.

I meant to say that you were the only one I saw griefing new players, Lecter. Griefing meaning, sitting in the home system, or rather, sector, and blasting them as soon as they leave station.

Almost 9,000 downloads. That's a bit encouraging, at least.

TOTAL? Actually if 9,000 is total downloads it's not all that great.
