Racing stripes reduce the virtual cw-value by approximately 2.7183 percent.
It's not so much the stickers as it is the window tinting and the pulsing neon lights underneath. Untinted windows reflect light, killing tiny bits of momentum by causing drag because of the photons. Tinting, however, absorbs the energy from the light, increasing your efficiency by .047%. Pulsing neon is really cool, which is scientifically proven to boost your own vehicle, and slow all others not as cool.
We should be able to add giant spoilers to our ships. Imagine a HAC with a huge spoiler.

It already has fins. Fins > spoilers.
Also need to have a huge scoop in the front.
i think my actual question was, what ship is able to gain momentum the fastest?
yes im pretty sure that that was what i was trying to get at.

You mean, like 0-60 times for cars, but in a spaceship?
That's easy. Just find the lightest ship with the greatest thrust. I'll bet it's the IDF Valk.

no i dont think that was what i was thinking either.
hmm now that i think about it, i dont remember what i was thinking at all in the first place. it had something to do with cap ships, and how fast they accelerate, and their size.
oh well.

Capships accelerate pretty well, but that isn't really strange.
I think my Revenant would fit nicely in the thrusters on the back of a Constellation...

That brings up a question. Do you get damaged when you try to snuggle up to the engine exhaust in a Connie, or a HAC, or a Teradon?
And, I haven't seen a connie in a looooong time.

currently, no thrusters cause dammage.
it'd be nice if hey do. i've seen connies being owner by ships shooting at it from behind using that (shhh!) turret blind spot.
given the formidable amount of thrust some of these engines generate, they should also push away any smaller ships. a bit like concussions mine do (though less violently).
