Are there any general teamspeak servers for VO ?

Don't think so, some people tried it, running a server for a while, but no one showed up.

Well, I showed up. However, many of the folks here don't want their "alternate characters" to become known, so they won't talk over Teamspeak on any of their "alts."

Which is sad, really. Teamspeak is a great way to coordinate stuff.

i always hated teamspeak. it was way too creepy to hear the people talking.
especially this one time when i wasnt expecting someone to be talking on my computer. i thought it was possesed! my god was it scary!

I've used teamspeak frequently in the past, usually on headphones, so anyone in the room can only hear my side of the conversation.
A friend of mine insists the voices are in my head and theres not really anyone else there.

id go if there was one, ive been in clans and allways use teamspeak in other games.

Most of them have been using Teamspeak for the crossplatform of
Win/Lin i think the Mac ver is out (beta) or very soon to come.

I think it would work well for multiperson vonvoy escort missions
and CtC and possibly queen hunting...

I've hosted TeamSpeak servers several times over the years. Nobody uses them for particularly long.

That's true, RL. Perhaps when VO has more players there will be a more permanent interest.
