We had some other stuff in the pipe for this version, which ended up being too buggy for release, so it'll have to wait until next week. In the meantime, enjoy the Radar Extender and tell me how it all works.

Erm, where is it?

You are all pathetic. Racing to post the changelog. The Lady Serco will see to it that you are all brought into the Fold, since you apparently have nothing better to do. >:D

Found a bug! Not sure if it was present before 1.7.6 before.

So I take my mining centaur, unequip everything (1 scanner, 2 beams, batt), and go to the sell ship tab. I sell the ship, no problem; it sells and vanishes from the screen. But then I sell each piece of equipment and none of them vanish from screen. I can select them again, but clicking on sell gets me "You cannot sell this here", as can be seen below:

Just changing tab doesn't fix it, but once I buy a new ship the items go away.

I had the same bug. Only mining beams too.

why are changelogs not posted to the news anymore?
1) it makes me think there has not been any updates for a while
2) digging through the forum to find the changelog is a PITA and its posted by random users and not the devs so it is taken with a grain of salt.

the reason i ask is because i know it is in the client launch window but i havent been on in a while and it is much easier to just check to news to see if there is any reason to actually login.

Not much to say. As a great Dev once said"Patch 1.x.x in 15 minutes. More boring bugfixes"

Well thats the secondary point of a changelog (showing what has been fixed so X user can see that one thing fixed they have been worrying about)

The main reason to have a changelog is to show that progress is being made on your product. Right now the 'In Progress' page points you to the 'News' page which makes it seem that there has not been a patch in almost a month.

It doesnt have to be anything significant. It could of just been the exact text slime73 posted but at least it would be in the 'News'

I didn't want to bog down the forums with a whole other post for this. However, I've been keeping up with all the features that everyone's talking about, that are gonna be put in soon. And the design wiki is a little shady on the plan for the next few updates... so my question is, what's next???
What are the planned features for the next 6 months? I know you guys don't want to ruin any surprises, but a few hints might be nice :)
