Next Update: Devs still alive? Sober yet?
I hope the E3 wasn't that bad for you guys. What's in the pipeline? Still alive? Headache still there? What's up?

Hi. E3 went ok, but not great. I had some nice chats with a few publishers. Some of them are interested in our project and following our development, but aren't interested in pursuing a more significant relationship with us, for the moment. My meetings with OEMs (Apple, ATI, Nvidia, Logitech, etc) were much more enjoyable. Everyone was very helpful and supportive, and we have some cool plans in the works with some of them. All the people who saw the game said it looked cool, which at least means they're very polite :). The game wasn't shown to the press at all, so I don't expect that we would appear in anyone's E3 reports.
I have some post-E3 exhaustion going on now, but we're still optimistic and moving forward.

According to the devs (who are definately alive but I can't vouch for thier soberity), the next update is scheduled for Wed. (though of course dates slip). This update will include such things as the long awaited fix to the rocket speed bug, as well as other bug fixes, and possibly balance changes.
Yes, but will it morph my iBook into a 12" powerbook?
ooh, that would be nice! can we have a command line parameter to choose whether its a 12,15 or 17 inch powerbook =)
I'm with SL on this one. But yeah, I think I saw 'em say that some of the balance issues will be resolved. I hope I wasn't hallucinating.
The next version will not yet utilize the powerbook morphing technology. At present, that feature is still too early for production use, sometimes resulting in less desirable transformation results, such as a small potted ficus or a puddle of goo.
The "in progress" page will be updated as.. soon as I open a text editor in that window. Yeah, I guess I'll go do that now.
Bugfix / minor release tonight (Weds), unless something unforseen goes horribly awry.

Aww fiddle sticks!
Maybe in 4.2...
By any chance is the puddle of goo blue Jell-0??

Nnnnnoooooooooo!!! "Ships unchanged." Oh well, there's always next week. But hey, weapon balance is a step up. But damn... I gotta deal with more promy rocket rammers for another whole week.
/me sighs.

Youre in a faster ship, so keep your distance... its not like every single prometheus is constantly hunting you.
They aren't?
The Hornet isn't fast.
/me slaps UncleDave.

Youre the better pilot, so you say. Cant you find any way to run from them?
