Is there a complete list of commands accessed by chat somewhere?

I checked the wiki and did a search, didn't have any luck.

Both of them are incomplete, though, because of all the new junk added in in the last few releases.

Today, while in game, someone posted a command that showed how many people were online and which nation they belonged to. I forget what the command was. I was also wondering if there might be a command that would list the names of players on for each nation, rather than just tell how many were on.

I don't see either the first, which I know exists, or the second in either list.

There is no such command. However, there is a user-created bot named IRC which provides some such services. You can try a "/msg IRC help" ingame and see what commands it supports; I don't remember all of them off-hand.
