I'm new to this game, and I'm just wondering: is it possible to transfer objects or credits to other players or guilds?

And one more thing: is it possible to buy capitol ships and stations? The wiki says it's not possible for players to have capitol ships, but I think I just heard someone say they wanted to buy one.

EDIT: By the way, this is a great game! I've used my 8 hour trail, but I'll buy a month of gaming as soon as I have money on my PayPal account (if I still find it interesting after a month, I'll probably buy for a year or something).

/givemoney works, but there is only one way to transfer items/cargo.

dump it. leave it in space and have them pick it up.

in both cases, the other player has to be in the same sector as you.

/givemoney "player name" amount
it only works in-sector though.

We do intend to build better interfaces for player to player transactions. Player-owned capitol ships and stations are on the list too. I can't give you estimated completion dates for anything I'm not currently working on, though, and even those would likely be wide of the mark. :)

Thanks for your help! I don't see anything wrong with the /givemoney function, allthough a graphical interface for it would be usefull.
