I wouldn't recommend compressing with anything in Premiere, I always had some quality issues when I did it. Instead, export the timeline uncompressed (if you have the hdd space for it) and compress it later using VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org) and any good codec you have installed - XviD or DivX or something else.

Well, my internet died in the midst of everything last night and I just now got it back. So if you attempted to download and couldn't connect after roughly 11:50PM EST, it's because my connection had died. I will put it back up and seeding in the future once I find a better way to manage this.

My apologies everyone.

Ogg Theora is a good choice if you are looking for a codec. :-)

OMFWTG, just reencode the damn thing. MEncoder, Premiere (if you have to), anything. You don't need to send around an 8GB uncompressed video. :-\

So now no one is seeding at all. Hmmmm...

Could someone upload it to a google/youtube/ftp/http server? Then you would not have to seed it. And by ftp I mean ftp ( http://www.rfcsearch.org/rfcview/RFC/959.html ).

I'm very lacking in free time right now, but will get it up somehow once I get a chance. I really should stress that it's just a mediocre video. Nothing spectacular.

Okay, I've tweaked a few things and have managed to get a full quality, but smaller resolution version out. It's 119 MB, I know, still larger than it should be, but it's the best I've been able to do with what I'm working with. If anyone wants to take a stab at compressing it further, feel free.

Currently seeding from the link in the original post. Please continue seeding if you can once you have downloaded it.

Give me the raw video and I'll compress it to 50 megs or less :o

The torrent gives me an error when I try to open it with Azereus.

What error slime? I'm currently showing one person connected and 2 in swarm with the upload about 90% complete, so I know it's working for someone at least.

Ok, so photobucket isn't blocked by my apartment's firewall, so I finally got to see that music video. Even at that crappy compressed quality, I just have to say

Awesome.

With some more editing and info added in, that's almost good enough to be used as an official teaser trailer for the game. I say almost, because you'd want shots of stuff other than the capital ship battle, and you'd want it structured so it looked like a story.

If I had never heard of this game before, after seeing only that footage (who cares what music it's to), I would want this game.

That music made me think of another song that would probably sound good to that video (though you'd have to sync it all over again, and you did well at that) is Paul Oakenfold's remix of "When the World Ends" by Dave Matthews Band (on the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack, I think). Normally I can't stand DMB, but it's an excellent remix. It's longer, but a longer trailer would be cool, since you're not limited to TV broadcast time restraints.

Thx for hosting moldy. And thx for the feedback chaos. Yeah, I agree with you that it needed more footage of stuff other than cap's fighting.
