I have already submitted a bug report on this, but was wondering how many others are
seeing it and what platforms are effected. This happened briefly after the last update,
but was fixed quickly. I'm on a Mac (10.4.7) and get the "LUA Error" window when
first entering the game, AND getting the same window after each kill I make. Just to
make it more interesting, if I don't click the window away quickly, it will stay on screen
and sometimes render controls non-functional. Anyone else?

I get LUA error "vo/if_pda_tab2.lua:223: attempt to read undeclared variable index" whenever I go to mission logs.

I got a few LUA errors after the last patch....
