This is a good place to start. Everything but the respective locations of availability. [TGFT] is also rumored to have some comprehensive databases of that sort, but I doubt they'd share the information freely.

Regarding the ship price and license requirements. That is no easy task to answer because your faction level and mentor rating give you modifiers when making purchases and when ships are made available.

However in general the licenses in the VO WIKI are the max levels required. Corvus stations in grey (gray?) space have modifiers that lower the license requirements to like 80% of the original (don't quote me on that, it's an rough estimate) so if you're not quite to the legal license you can often get the equipment on the black market,
