So, what have I missed. I haven't played since like, probaly 5 months or more ago.

What new player buyable ships if any are there?
How about the universe in general, anything new?

Are any of the itani guild's still around, or did they all die?
lebermac, smittens, yasumoto, some other people I can't remember, are you all still here?

Check the news on the website for new stuff. Theres a new PDA interface, new pirate bots, new ships, new missions (Border Skirmish), new capital ships (Trident, Teradon, Constellation), equipment has a chance to drop from a killed ship... lotsa new stuff.

Hummm sounds intresting. I don't know how much time I'll have to play, I have this paid internship thing for my senior year. So I'll have a real job. I'll have to see how much free time I'll have during the school year.

Also, it's my senior year, and I really want to get my grades as high as I possibly can so I can go to the college that I want to go to.

But there's a good chance I'll be back by christmas! :D

I WOULD start playing again, but I'm counting down to entering college - and desperately trying to save money to pay for it right now :(

Piro;

Actually, I bought a subscription to VO specifically to SAVE money. For about $27.00 you can get three months of unlimited entertainment.

Three movie tickets is the same price, and give you six hours of entertainment.

Netflix is $25.00 for one month. Buying a DVD is $15-$25, as much as $75 for some sets.

CDs are $16.00.

Most other MMORPGs are in the $15-$25 range, so three months is $45-$75.

Most offline video games are $40-$70.

I also have money problems at the moment, but VO has actually kept me from going out and spending money I don't have. It's worth it just for that, even if it wasn't wicked cool.

Ah you see kabbath, here's the catch. I don't spend money on entertainment whatsoever. I play old games and read old books. Or library books. It's like an entertainment diet D:

Thanks, I'm buying this right now. Nothing like a hard copy of the backstory to read on the crapper.
Aug 08, 2006 macguy link
I read the backstory, it's very good.

Meh, I maybe once I get a job I'll come back to playing, if I feel it's worth it, and I have money to spend on video games.
