I'm VERY unfamiliar with binds of all kinds, so please write any responses to this thread as if I were a complete mucking foron. (But please act like you're doing it by request.)

I would like to create a bind that broadcasts a message in sector chat only. An example would be: "Greetings. I am Nigel. I once played Donkey Kong for four straight hours." This would be different than a hail, which would need to be targeted to a specific player.

Any ideas on how to create such a bind would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
