Yep, its on MacFormat , CD No 171. LIsted as "In the mag > Games" there is an intro screen with a reasonable description and a screenshot linked to the vo dmg file.

My only concern is that the cost is shown as "Regular Price $9.99" It may be an idea to ask Macformat to correct that to "per month" just to make absolutely sure that no legal mines are trodden on .
