MacUpdate wasn't supposed to post that until they were to be given the go-ahead by us but they didn't listen. We're dealing with it.

overheard:

I signed up for the "developer program" thing and requested control of the release thing. They added me, and then proceeded to update it on their own. Which would have been fine, except they were still linking directly to the .dmg on our core site, and not a mirror (very bad). We've since straightened that out.

I wasn't planning on posting an update until next week or so, after I made some changes to the site and a few other things. Oh well.

Vendetta online popped up on wcnews.com yesterday which is where alot of people who won't let go of the old Wing commander days (like me) go.

why is everyone trying to be like that kid who HAS TO break the news to everyone else, EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT THEIR NEWS.

VO belongs to the devs. it was created by them, and it's their baby. let them advertise, spread the word, or postpone it.

just play and enjoy what the devs have made. leave the rest to guildsoft.
