Upon launch, I seem to connect fine enough with the update software. There's also nothing wrong with my net, and no router/firewall setting have been altered. Everthing seems fine until I try to log in. I get a connection timeout. It's been this way for at least half an hour for me now. Anyone know what's up?

a whopping fast 13 minutes. i love these guys.

13 minutes is the time it takes just to send an email to myself at the office. let alone the time it takes to reach *any* i.t. member to fix a down server.
