I need a trainer to teach me the ways of Vendetta.

Comments and tips will also do fine.

How do I dodge Rockets?
How should I dodge Lasers (Energy Weapons)
How do I go about to kill a Heavy Armored Ship(Prom)in a Fighter(Valk)?
As a Fighter how would I want to attack?
Should I keep my distance or should I get in their face?

If you are extremely good and feel your Wisdom must be bought then one week from this post i should have around a 1 million credits to give away to you(If you tell me good stragedies).

If you leave free tips and tricks, Thank You.

rockets: keep dodges small.
laser, alternate way of dodging, meaning try to make the pattern as chaotic as possible.

but all in all keep practicing with people better then you.

But the biggest advice i would/could offer is make sure to not let the opponent play his style of dodging and again switch fast enough so they can't adapt to your style it's one of shapes strong points in my humble opinion.

But meh all this is simple advice from another newb...

Often times there is no simple rule of "what to do" in a fight. The same tactic against two different opponents can produce drastically different results. There are many levels of thought that go into producing the desired outcome of a battle:

Tactical - The immediate action you are planning or attempting.
Strategic - The overall plan of battle
Psychological - The mental state of both you and your opponent.

Learning to manage all of these at once is key to becoming more than just another pilot with a short trigger. If you focus too much on the tactical aspect of the fight, a short term gain of a few quick hits on your opponent can end with your ship facing the wrong way and a brace of rockets making abstract art out of your hull. Likewise, thinking too much about the end result of the fight tends to leave too few effective opportunities to actually attack your opponent.

It's difficult to teach the real high-level aspects of combat, but the more practice you get watching and participating in all types of battles, the better you will be able to understand the the kinds of movements and thinking required to win. If you want some practice, ask people. Win or lose, ask your opponent what they saw and thought about your flying. And above all, be willing to take some risks and die often; you won't learn nearly as much if you are afraid of a challenge.
