Generally no, I would write an email to the support at pay-by-cash and ask to make sure that the payment went through. They usually get back to you within a few hours and are (per my experience) very cooperative and friendly.
Of course it all depends on how you sent payment through pay-by cash. I've only had experience using western union to send payment and that took a day at most.
