Well, you could set it up so that people could see it on your hard drive, but I don't really think you'd want to and anyone that could would have enough IT knowledge not to mistake a pathname for a URL.

The interesting thing to me is that someone might think that once I have the path to the file on his hard drive I could easily find his computer on the internet. That's kinda like having a party for strangers and giving directions from your kitchen to your bathroom. Swell, but where is your house?

Hmm this map-thing is pretty point less... I was expecting a 3D-model for every sector with distances and stations...

I like the official map, you should make a better one with a bird's eye view, this would be taken relative to the wormholes and the sectors on the HUD map.

Meh, I got the same thing when I released the training video. And the same thing months ago when I released a listing of the stats for ALL of the outfits in EVN...

And then what danger is there? Lock yourself up in your newb sector and bot... people come out with scores in the millions and bounties in the hundreds of thousands because no one will die.....
