Since I love to burst bubbles, I'll remind you all that the new UI does not in any way mean instant cappies nor raptors nor tridents nor anything. It simply means that the means are there to integrate them better. Though I'd love it if all the new ships and the new capship interface were in place by April, I expect they won't be, at all. Maybe the raptor (if it's production ready) and the bigger centurion and the nerfed moth, plus a bunch of new specularity maps for some of the current ships, but frankly, I don't expect it, and, as it is, I don't mind waiting however long it takes for the Devs to put them in. The same goes for missions and content, just look at how much problem the escort and pirate missions are still giving the Devs; these things take time people, so stop demanding everything now and let Guild work in peace.
