You develop under Xgl? I'm impressed; it crashes half the time I run opengl apps...

I just installed it a couple days ago on a box I don't use all the time as a desktop, and I had a backup Linux partition in case things went pear-shaped. But I did use it for a full day of work, with beta6 running and lots of playing with effects, and it didn't even hiccup.

Honestly, I'd love to see the new stuff too, but to take a screenshot and make it viewable by the general public would take time away from working on the new UI and other things that need to be worked on.

My opinion, wich is an appendix to Leeb's, is that we've been dangled a number of ships in our face waaayyyy too long before they actually get put in production. The Trident has been shown more than 6 months ago and the TPG Destroyer nearly as long. Then the Raptor was shown and yet, after all this time, we still dont have them, despite the Raptor having been once mentioned to be available before the new UI.

So, NO, I dont want to see any more ships. No more mock-ups, no more work in progress from Luis. Yeah, I can digg being told X or Y model is being designed, but for crying out loud, stop selling a game that doesn't yet exist.

This is worse than a porn tape given to a blind person.
