It sounds weird for a computer to use that term...

it means that your computer is corresponding with the serverside computer through some protocols. That's why, the term negotating is being used

But I'm sure cele, has a more exact terminology :D

15 is by the 6 gate in s10. Look for the most outward-located ice crystal and, fly out from there. It's about 6 KM from the s6 gate.

Well, I didn't say it wasn't lame. I agree it is lame behavior, but I'm just saying that if there were no lame people in the Beta, then we might have the game go Gold before we realized just how lame certain things could be in the hands of abusive people.
