Durandal was a legendary sword fabled to have once belonged to Hector, and which, like the horn, Roland won from the giant Jutmundus. It had in its hilt a thread from the cloak of the Virgin Mary, a tooth of St. Peter, a hair of St. Denys, and a drop of St. Basil's blood. Legend has it that Roland, mortally wounded at Roncesvalles, strove to break Durandal on a rock to prevent it falling in the hands of the Saracens. The sword, however, was unbreakable so he hurled it into a poisoned stream, where it remains for ever.

It looks violent, kinda swordlike, so Durandal came to mind.

2nd: Tartessos

After the legendary kingdom beyond the Pillars of Hercules, full of wealth. Looked like a cargo ship, so I thought it was appropriate.

I'm sure the devs will come up with their own names or Luis will since he, ya know, made them... but what the hey here's a few more ideas:

1) Wolverine

The first one is obviously of TPG design (although not nescessarily of their manufacture), and just about everyone here seems to agree that it needs to posess a 'pointy' name. (spear, dart, arrow, javelin, pike, glaive, etc---mosquito was pretty apropriate too)

The second one looks beefy, but the fact that so much equipment is exposed shows that the ship is not designed to last long in an engagement (thus not being an effective PvP fighter). Also, it seems that the drive assemblies take up much of the craft's interior volume (meaning it can't carry much cargo). Few roles are left for it to occupy, although I think it would be well-suited as either a support ship (ie the Ragnorok) that can run away, or an express courier to transport small quantities of valuable cargo.

But, but but, Xang Xi are usefull (moreso than corvus once you have the levels), they may not have any specials, but they sell most stuff! And they have a 10% licence requirement discount thingy (ie, you only need combat 7 for sunnies) Define, worthless?

They need to make the CPCS the Xang Xi special ship :P
