Explain too us the process at which you found out you didn't have the free month of gameplay.

KillyaMike: you need to apply the key-code that comes in the box (on the jewelcase, I think). There should be instructions about this in the box. Every retail copy of the game comes with a free month key-code.

mine did as well, but i bought an extra 3 month subsription. Does that mean the three month sub doesnt start til next month?

the boxed version was the same price as the first month of subscription. Basically he and i paid for our first month by buying our copy of the game from the store.
