They didn't seem very specific either that and I didn't read right..... My question is how long or what is the trial account? Is it a level limit or time limit? Also, is there a pay via PayPal option? If you have the download version and you pay is it still the whole game? Thanks for answering.

The trial account lasts 8 hours of game play. You can use that 8 hours any way you want, one 8-hour session or sixteen sessions of 30 minutes each.

8hr trial, play when you can as long as you want till 8hrs runs out. Yes you can pay Guild Software via PayPal, check the billing section of the website for more billing info or email one of the developers. The downloaded version is the full game, but there is an updater script that is run before logging in that will update you as needed, as updates are added. Hope that answers all your questions.
