Why SL, why???

I agree with SL... some people are just being total ...... lets just say some people are doing their very very best to ruin this game for others. It must be contagious or something too, because I see more people doing it now than I ever have before.

For the most part the reason why there's been so much friction between players lately is because of unresolved balance issues. Thankfully station exploiting will be one of the things that will be fixed soon. But then there's the issue of the avalon torpedoes. No word yet on what the devs will do to "fix" them. Maybe one week will be enough time for the devs to release fixes for them. Let's hope, for the sake of Suicidal Lemming.

I'm not doing it as a threat.

I'd like to remind everyone that balancing a game takes a WHILE. The devs have done a GOOD job on just getting the game in 3.2 where it is as far as balance is concerned.

Hell, Dungeons and Dragons has been around since the 1970's and they are STILL balancing it! We've had 3 revisions of AD&D! Now, I don't expect Vendetta to take 30 years to become balanced (LOL) but it will take weeks possibly even a month or two. Remember, 3.1 wasn't that much of a change ship/weapons wise from 3.0 (as I remember). QED the tweaking needed in 3.1 wasn't that much. Be patient, if need be, take time off and come back in a week or two.

I also personally think the turret is OK.

The gatling turret is evil, it can hit a person turboing at 160ms very well.

I keep wondering why people use 'I'm leaving' as a threat, or if they are leaving why they feel the need to advertise it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the advanced gatling.
