OK... The mission ending early bug that Doukutsu reports was a bit of debugging I accidently left in, so thats fixed. I also fixed one case where you get no messages after you take the mission. The other case that I know of, where you are also trapped in the station, is a bigger problem. The short term fix is probably going to have to be to make the mission list update only when you enter the station. Which means that you can't just hang out in a station waiting for a convoy to leave from there :( We'll have something better when the new UI is done.

In the interests of easiest debugging, there won't be missions available for the next however-many hours I'm working on it. I'll try to leave it in its best working state when I'm done, though.
