It was priceless when it happened. At first pilot 13 was afraid that his characters "poofed". Then I couldn't jump out of sector but I just thought it was a timeout error. I logged and my character "poofed". I quickly created a temporary one and watched sheer panic break loose on chnl 100.

I didnt know it was actual character deletion. I assumed it was a massive server hiccup.

Be glad we at least had back ups. Imagine everyone in the game starting from scratch except for the lucky few. I could've gotten some major payback on pirates. ;)
