Can't play as the char from trial but I figured out what i was doing wrong

Actually, you should be able to transfer a character from a trial account to a paid account just fine. Normally you'd sign in to the website using the username & password you'd signed in to the game during the trial period with, then click on the "Account Info" link on the left, and then choose to upgrade to a paid account.

If you've already created a new paid subscription account, and want to use a character from a different trial account, email billing@guildsoftware.com with details, and the devs can transfer the character to the new paid account.
