Ôk guys, I am running into a wall with this... I have no frigging clue what they mean with the next item:

This problem was caused because, each time a new payment is made on your Vendetta Online account, a new registration must be submitted.

For the moment I have tried the next steps:

click billing option
click paybyecash icon
press I accept
press the proceed to paybyecash
press the pay for your vendetta online subscription via paybye cash
filled in the registration form
click submit.
get a nice survey with the information containing a reference code and a place to pay them.

I did that a couple times but I received back that I didn't do what was requested, and last time the person was getting a bit impatient as well.

So my question does a reregistering mean that I have to do all that from a new account meaning that I can't contineou on with my account containing my well known char or is the billing option page slightly bugged by not updating my subscription to have a payment method installed since I'm still listed as a subscriber. And because of that not sending the relevant information towards the paybyecash service? Therefore making it impossible for them to pay my account?

FM : sorry for making another post about this but I am kinda worked up because of this, since I have no clue what I am doing wrong :( and I really want this to be solved.

PS: I chose for the 1 year subscription, so if the devs wanna solve it quickly by setting it automagically be my guest... just send the relevant information I need to my mail to send on to them to get this solved.

No problem about the repost - I want to see your issue resolved too. Have you emailed billing@guildsoftware.com ?

I will make a link to your thread in a place that is even more conspicuous for the Devs.

ay emailed them yesterday, made this post a bit later (8 hours or so).

But I got an answer from Andy, i just hope eduardo isn't pissed from my last mail :(. But I send him the mail andy send and asked what information they were missing and if they wanted to maybe contact guild to see what exactly the problem was for future users and at least get the missing information so I can play :(.

Heya, me back.

it seems I have 2 choices reregister and loose my char or ask for a refund. Now I was wondering if it would be possible to change my accountname to something without the ++ so that I can complete the billingprocess in a normal way seeing as it is cobnsidered by their system as an illegal char. and if possible change it back after it got payed :D (although latter part not needed).

I have emailed (as a reply) to andy with this information in the hopes to get my name changed and not loose my Levelled chars and just posting in here in case this gets seen faster.

yay the payment was finally processed.

Anyway It would be nice to put somewhere within the paybyecash option the note that it doesn't support a accountname with a + in it seeing as it is invalid. Just so people don't have the same experience as me... been waiting for 2 weeks :(
