Hello all, need a little help here.I paid 3 months and I cant log on. It says my subscription is up.Whats my next step?

first, how did you pay.. if you used a credit card the subscription should be active fairly quickly.. if you used pay-by-cash it will take several days to clear.

everything else here will assume you used a Credit card.

second: check the billing options link to your left, it should tell you when you are paid up until. if it shows that you should still have time on the account you are trying to log into then

third.. e-mail the devs at billing@guildsoftware.com

hey, i did pay by credit card and it says im active.But I still cant log on.So I'll email the devs.
