I like the no-damage snowball gun idea. Blue ions! Perhaps even offer all 3 colors so we can do demonstrations. 'twould be useful for training too.

Although I don't approve of this thread, (c'mon zamzx... what were you thinking?) I'd like to humbly point out that every badge in the game except A/B comes with at least something, no matter how peripheral.

If A/B's were given anything, it should definitely be nothing more than an easter egg type thing. Something related to the alpha or beta periods probably...

Also, the devs are working on much more important things right now. Like making the game Fun for everyone.

I would be happy with the alpha/beta badges already, since they represent enough already, without in any way giving an advantage in game-related skills (except for maybe instant recognition in the chat by some).

If there is to be a gadget, though, I wouldn't make it a weapon. Make it something else, maybe something like spindle oil (air acrobatics pilots use this to create the white smoke trails), to show off...
