It's not so much I feel bad for booming you FM. More like I never remember attacking you! ooops...

FM, think that was me shooting you and killing ya several times with swarms, though u attacked me first. It was all in good fun and I asked if was ok to proceed as you remember, you said ok. ;-)

Absolutely. I enjoyed the dodging practice and got pretty good near the end there. Mistakes are costly, however.

Tumble, I think I wandered into one of your swarms that was intended for somebody else. I can't recall if I died from that or not.

Anyway, I'll keep an eye out for problems with the CtC tonight.

I was in B8 earlier cleaning up some of the leftover bots. I saw 1 pair of convoys go straight through without issue, and another set left all of the escort bots behind. So it's something more than just the presence of other people in the wormhole sector.

Great, well, any estimate on how long before the deliverator is used? 1 month? 6 months, a year?

Oh, and john, if a sector isnt used for 15 mins, it shuts down, all bots that were in the sector get deleted, so right now, moving him would fix the problem, if you dont go near the trans (within about 1500m) regardless of standing, the bots do not attempt to engage you. :P

I really don't see how solra could be that big of a problem. You said if a sector isn't active for 15 min then it resets right. B8 does have its slow moments like any other sector but B8 has to be the busiest sector in the game. The sector might reset maybe twice a day when it gets that 15min window. at all other times, i think, if someone isn't hanging out in B8 they are going through it.

I think the priority should be fixing the problem with the bots in the first place sedina L2 is more of a problem I think. since its also active it rarely gets an update. I saw 12 serco bots thre at one time last week. after i noticed it i killed all the serco bots. and i don't think the transport was killed in that sector the escort bots just didn't follow it.

I know Bratucus C5 and E2 are less active sectors but does the same thing happen there?

Yup, i currently have 40 or so bots holed up in e2 :)

I kicked Sola [EDIT: SolRa] and Cro from the server because their respective sectors were chock-full-o-bots. I was unable to teleport them to deserted sectors, probably due to their floating-point locations. Kicking them was the next best thing.

The IDF Sola was kicked? wha??

I hated to be the one to have to point this out, cos it isnt really an issue earlier on in the week, but at this time of week, the convoys have lots of bots.

Thanks for kicking cro before it got too late for that sector :) because distance might not be a problem, 400+ bots could be.

I don't want to make any promises, because things usually take longer than a programmer expects, no matter how much padding he adds to his estimates. And I'm not entirely certain where in our priority list moving the ctc and trader/escort bots into deliverator is. But I hope it will be done this month or early next.

Most of us who read this stuff have been here a while, and we expect stuff to take a little longer than first stated. But something is better than nothing :) thanks :)
