no no no.. you dont understand how sweet the cargo system is for a packrat! i love it!!!
Yeah. It gives Vendetta much more of an RPGish feel. I like the idea of loading the cargo manually. Auto-loading is a bad idea, in my opinion. It would take away some of the charm.
well, modifier keys would certainly make things easier in the long run. For example, holding shift turns "buy" into "buy and load" and "repair" to "full repair".
When the new interface comes along, I think we're gonna see a major change in how everything looks. For example, the "ship", "cargo", "repair" "groupings" "buy ship" and "select ship" dialogs could be consolidated into a single "shipyard" page without squishing everything, provided a sub-tab system was implemented. "buy" and "sell" could go under a "market" or "city" tab, along with a bank when it is implemented, and perhaps a spaceport bar and a news stand. Suddenly 10 tabs in the dock become 2.
