So, yesturday I was BP'ing and as everybody should now by now I BP with the Itani. Well anyway I was fighting a bot with Gauss MKII, and one of my shots missed, then a couple seconds later I hear a beep. Now, what happened was that the shot that missed traveled for a couple hundred meters and hit one of my teammates. So, what are the chances of that :P

hey, I've managed to hit Borb (I think it was) something like 700m away with a *rail*, while in a furball and just missing a vult in front of me. you blink a few times and then you get "Alamar, hey!" on the comms and just get confused. :-)

How about trying to repair somebody during combat, missing and repairing the enemy instead? >.<

Heh I hit Martin once with some rockets.... Missed the two VPRs I was aiming at, went 200+ more ms and killed poor Martin.

Needless to say I was buying the beer that night.

Hehe, an accidental hit is usually quite funny, unless you're using quad advanced rails or an MGC. Then it's really funny.

yeah, nothing like "saving" poor Shape in a multi, by removing 80% of his armor. bugger still came out alive though, somewhat miffed at his teammates, but alive.

If you spectate... (and especially if you like to watch up close)... friendly fire *can* be an issue... however, I am *loved* by all factions... and my mates simply can't hurt me (friendly fire protections work the *other* way too - which is why we have "Fox Viper" for training)... watching those that can hurt me... well, I call that training... and I've dodged a few times from the overspray...

Heh heh, I was fighting Nerde Verde and MB, when suddenly a pair of flares from Cunjo's Rag nail Nerde right in the back. It took him out of the fight to repair and left me with a better chance at surviving. I thanked Cunjo when MB and I were done our fight, but Cunjo replied saying that he was actually trying to hit someone else and inadvertently pegged Nerde. We had a good laugh over that one.

Well I remember one time when I was fighting a couple people, and some UIT decided to help me out and flared me in the back. Ah the curse of helpful people who can't aim...
