We can have two meetings.

One in the states and another in Europe.

Perhaps Barcelona, Spain. That way we could have 2 devs flying to Barcelona and show them the time of their lives while the other 2 devs could stay in the US party.

Having worked for many years at a place where thousands of customers review your work with a fine toothed comb, and let you know when they aren't happy, I have a lot of appreciation for the position the developers are in. It can be very difficult to stay professional and keep a positive attitude when you are bombarded with criticism and have to make choices that will make one group happy and another unhappy. Sometimes you just have to grin and bear it, and hope you made the best choice for the long term.

I also know how much a few words of encouragement can mean during those times. I'm sure there is an emotional depth to Incarnate's thanks that few here comprehend.

Devs, I salute you. Keep up the good work!

I was acually thinking the 1 year annerversary whould be cool. a weekend in november. But usually thinks like this are planned 6 months to years in advance. But i'm thinking about it. Most adults could afford a weekend trip, its the -18 year olds i'm worried about. (But an adult only party could be fun too :) Anyway where exactly are the developers?
