Hmmmm....

Sectors 1,2,3,4,6 and 12 are ruled out because of their ownership by the nations. That leaves sectors 5,7,8,9,10,11,13 and 14.

I doubt it is in Sector 8 because of the existence of the gate to 14 there. A dev has said it isn't in 11, so that rules it out, and 9 is surrounded so it wouldn't make sense putting it there (I know overlapping would be possible, but that is impractical). It wouldn't make sense to attack 15 to 14, that rules out sector 14. So that leaves sectors 5,7,10 and 13 open.

Sectors 7 and 13 are my best guesses, 7 being my best. There are some (somewhat trivial :D ) reasons as to why:

-7 and 8 both have huge Saturn-like planets in the background.
-7 and 8 both have a large roid mass in the very center.
-7 is on the opposite side of the map as 8 is.
-Sector 15 is the one we have yet to find, we already found 14 in 8, so notice that 14 + 8 = 22, and so does 7 + 15. :D

It also just makes sense. I have already begun an extensive search in 7 for it. if I do not succeed in finding it there, I will move on to 13 (which is my next best guess), and then on to 10. But I am sure it is in one of the two.

SiliconX - one note... 15 may exist as of right now... but the devs have said that it is NOT linked... meaning we can't get to it. But seems like you have some very good ideas of where it would probably be in the future. I would have to take 13 over 7, since both 8 and 7 are very close to blue govt... and 7 is right next to 8. If the devs wanted perfect balance with the hidden wormholes... I beleive they would put one in 10 and another one in 13. After that I would guess they would put multiple wormholes in sector 9.

There is a wormhole to either 15 or 0 right outside the station in 7. I saw Incarnate undock and after flying about 100 meters warp.

Nope, that was sector 0. It requires an admin flag to get in. They can access it from any sector, but it is easiest from sector 7.

Yah, oh and to a warning, if you ask a1k0n to give your account an admin flag and send you the commands, you will learn what /kill does, in advance /kill sends there nonexistant player to kill you, =P

I asked incarnate to send me to node 0... It was fun... :P Rogue, why is it easiest from 7?

Guys, we can warp from anywhere, to anywhere, anytime, with an administrative command. It isn't "easier" at any particular place. There isn't a wormhole area there, we aren't constrained by those limitations. Sorry to disappoint.

/me cries, and realizes the devs still have complete control... and if they wanted to kill us, we're dead in a heartbeat. I guess I'm one of those people who has a problem with authority... :)
