Now that the Hive and Mission Editor are coming closer to being in a more finished state, what is next on the production list. Obviously missions USING the new mission editor, but anything on crafting, exploration, smaller caps, player controled caps, etc.

Some missions and more complex behaviour for the Hive are probably the next things you'll see. Cap ship stuff is going to require the UI redux I mentioned a few days ago in a newspost, and that will take a few weeks. But, small caps are planned for the relatively near future (little over a month? we'll see). Crafting is planned, and there may be "crafting-ish" bits appearing in the next month or so, but full-blown crafting is still a little ways off.
Now that a lot of the "big" stuff is out of the way, I'm trying to nail down a more specific schedule for our next releases, which I'll post as soon as I have some confidence in it.

That sounds like a logical progression, Incarnate. Gonna start using the wiki to document some of this stuff?

any chance of a look at the faction/reputation system in the near future.. specifically fixing the bug where you dont take a permanant penalty hit for killing someone admired if you do it inside the NFZ?

What steps have to be taken for the player owned cap ships to enter the game?
Incarnate made reference to the User Interface earlier in this thread. That has to do with navigation panel display, for one thing. The implementation for selecting and jumping into turrets could use some work as well.
